North Cumberland Realty was founded on relationships, local knowledge, and a genuine commitment to the communities we serve.

The story begins when Sarah West met Michael Caudill at the Scott County Health Department while she was gathering septic records for her real estate listings. That chance meeting sparked a professional connection and friendship that would grow into something much bigger. Over the next year, Michael worked diligently to earn his real estate license and soon joined Sarah at Wallace Realty, where Sarah had already established herself as not only a top-producing agent within the firm, but one of the leading realtors in the entire area.

The following year, Danielle Lawson joined the team at Wallace Realty, completing a trio that shared a strong work ethic, a passion for real estate, and deep roots in the local community.

In 2023, Sarah, Michael, and Danielle made the decision to venture out on their own and founded North Cumberland Realty. Their vision was simple: to create a truly local real estate company—one that supports the communities it serves, values relationships over transactions, and puts clients first.

What they didn’t realize at the time was just how quickly that vision would grow. North Cumberland Realty soon became one of the area’s largest and most well-known real estate companies, expanding across more than ten counties and serving a significant portion of East Tennessee.

Today, the three owners—along with their dedicated agents and support staff—continue to build on that original mission. With a focus on integrity, service, and community, North Cumberland Realty remains committed to growing responsibly and striving to be the very best it can be for clients, agents, and the communities it proudly calls home.
